DEPUTY KILLED

KALAMA, Wash. — Authorities on Monday identified the man they say killed a Washington state sheriff’s deputy before being fatally shot by officers following a day-long manhunt. The Cowlitz County coroner’s office on Monday identified the suspect as Brian Dellaann Butts, 33, of Longview, in southwestern Washington. SENT: 310 words. AP Photos.
