Reader Recipe: Creamy Potato Soup

30 oz. shredded frozen potatoes

4 C. boiling water

1/3 C. chopped onion

Boil onions in water a little bit then add potatoes. Cook a little while. Turn down heat when potatoes are thawed. Add:

1 can cream of celery soup

8 oz. Velveeta Cheese

Cook until cheese is melted then add:

8 oz. sour cream

Heat on very low. Do not boil.
