February 5, 2019
The Front Range Community College 2013 commencement ceremony at the Vance Brand Civic Auditorium in Longmont. FRCC has been ranked No. 2 nationally for its friendliness to the military.

A website that ranks schools and companies based on their military friendliness ranked Front Range Community College as No. 2 in the country among large community colleges.

The website, militaryfriendly.com , designated FRCC a “Military Friendly” school, which signifies the school’s commitment to and success in creating opportunities for people in the military community, including active duty, reserve and guard service members, veterans and military spouses.

The company uses public data sources, propriety data from school surveys, and personal data from veteran surveys to compile its results.

“We are all committed to helping veterans and active duty military secure rewarding careers and position themselves for successful futures,” FRCC President Andy Dorsey said in a news release. “We also are committed to upholding the high standards that Military Friendly measures.”
