DAIRY LAWSUIT

MADISON, Wis. — The state Supreme Court removed a regulatory hurdle Tuesday for a large-scale dairy farm in central Wisconsin, ruling that the farmers' right to use thousands of acres for crops was locked in when they filed their building permit.
