POLYGAMOUS TOWN-POLICE CHIEF

SALT LAKE CITY — The search for a new police chief in a polygamous town on the Utah-Arizona border is turning to outside candidates after it was determined no internal candidates qualified, setting up a potential new hire that would mark yet another change to a community move further away from the secluded town once ruled by sect members, The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
