Longmont Police Investigating ‘several Stabbings’ Tuesday Night

Police on the scene of a stabbing in Longmont Tuesday night.

Longmont police tonight are investigating “several stabbings” in the city, according to Deputy Police Chief Jeff Satur.

Satur said that the investigation is still “very active.”

Information is scant, but police radio traffic indicates that a “third victim” is in a house on the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue, and two more victims have been taken to UC Health Longs Peak Hospital in eastern Longmont.

Two ambulances, a fire truck and seven marked Longmont police cars are at the home on Sixth Avenue.
