Milford PD: Stratford woman charged after verbal, physical fight

August 25, 2018

MILFORD — A Stratford woman was charged after she allegedly pushed another woman to the ground and hit her several times, police said.

Kimberly Cresiski, 36, of Stratford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

Police said Cresiski was driving on Quarry Road near Roses Mill Road on Aug. 18 when she allegedly got into an argument with another woman. Police said she then pushed the other woman to the ground and then hit her several times.

It was unclear if Cresiski and the other woman were in the same car at the time of the alleged assault.

Police took Cresiski into custody on an active warrant on Thursday. She was released on a promise to appear and was expected in court on Friday. There were no updated court records available for her Friday evening.
