Assault listed in HPD reports
HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:
The Huntington Police Department listed 10 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Monday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:
Domestic violence protective order violation, 9:07 p.m. Sunday, 2000 block of Auburn Road.
Warrant service/execution, 6:29 p.m. Sunday, 12th Street and 4th Avenue.
Warrant service/execution, 5:52 p.m. Sunday, 1000 block of 9th Avenue.
Warrant service/execution and possession of a controlled substance, 4:22 p.m. Sunday, 20th Street and 10th Avenue.
Fraudulent use of a credit card valued less than $1,000 and found property, 3:31 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of 4th Avenue.
Destruction of property, Sunday 10 a.m., 200 block of West 8th Avenue.
Warrant service/execution and automobile breaking and entering, 9:30 a.m. Sunday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue.
Domestic battery, 2:23 a.m.Sunday, 700 block of West 10th Street.
Assault, 12:15 a.m. Sunday, 900 block of 3rd Avenue.
Driving under the influence less than .150 and failure to process/fingerprint, 11:36 p.m Saturday, 200 block of 10th Street.
The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:
Leonard Charles Hogan, 37, was jailed at 11:40 a.m. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with breaking and entering. He was also jailed on an active warrant. Bond was not set.
Jerry Kenner Roberts, 31, was jailed at 4 p.m. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony destruction of property. Bond was $25,000.
James Franklin Hall, 46, was jailed at 6:45 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was not set.
Thomas Lee Sampson, 27, was jailed at 6:25 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was not set.
