Elm City Brew Fest: Music and craft beers on College Street

November 6, 2018

Festival season was long and productive in 2018; but shorter days and colder temperatures don’t mean the end of the festivals; they just move indoors.

And College Street Music Hall will be the ready venue for the fourth Elm City Brew Festival Saturday, Nov. 17, featuring the hoppy work of 60-plus brewers from across the land.

The Connecticut craft brewers in the house include Bad Sons from Derby, Black Hog from Oxford, Charter Oak from Danbury, Counter Weight from Hamden, New England Brewing from Woodbridge, No Worries from Hamden, Stony Creek and Thimble Island from Branford and Two Roads from Stratford.

There will be musical entertainment by Jason Ingriselli, a Northeast guy who does roots and Americana songs, and Lyon Street Fire, a New Haven band born on Wooster Street with soulful vocals, slide guitar, harmonica and high-energy storytelling.

College Street Music Hall, 238 College St., New Haven. Saturday, Nov. 17, 1-5 p.m.; VIP hour at noon. $45 in advance, $50 at door. $10 designated driver. 877-987-6487. collegestreetmusichall.com/brew
