Tickets to be on sale Friday for Ghost tour stop in Huntington
HUNTINGTON — Seven new dates for the “Ultimate Tour Named Death,” Ghost’s six-week North American headline arena tour, have been announced, with one new stop being Huntington.
A series of ticket presales began Tuesday, and the public on-sale starts at 10 a.m. local this Friday, May 24.
Armed with their new No. 1 active rock radio hit “Faith,” the Grammy-nominated band Ghost will stop by the Big Sandy Superstore Arena on Friday, Oct. 11.
Visit http://ghost-official.com for all pre-sale, VIP packages, and ticketing details.
Tickets for Huntington’s arena show are $69.50, $59.50 pit (GA standing only) and $49.50. Additional fees may apply. Go online at www.bigsandyarena.com and ticketmaster.com for tickets on Friday.
With Nothing More providing support for the tour, the Frank Productions Concerts-produced fall dates kick off on Sept. 13 in Bakersfield, California, and run through to Oct. 26 in Glens Falls, New York.
In support of the “Faith” tour, the third single from Ghost’s Grammy-nominated album “Prequelle” went to rock radio just last week and is the No. 1 most added track there this week with a total of 36 adds.
A live performance of “Faith” was shot last November at Ghost’s sold-out Los Angeles Forum show, the band’s first-ever North American headline arena concert. The clip showcases this tour’s expanded theatrical production, a striking stage set resembling a medieval cathedral with a backdrop of illuminated stained-glass windows.
Ghost has just wrapped up Leg One as Special Guest on Metallica’s 25-date “World-Wired” Summer European Stadium Tour, with Leg Two set to run from June 8-20.
