TYNGSBORO -- The Artisan, Greater Lowell Technical High School’s student-run restaurant, reopened for the school year last week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and buffet lunch.

The restaurant has been updated with a contemporary look that supports the current technical standards and authentic restaurant and culinary learning experience.

“The new design provides us with the same learning experience but in an updated environment that reflects a more modern design,” said Hospitality student, Edanalis Rosario, a senior from Lowell.

The changes only enhance the welcoming ambiance for diners enjoying the diverse menu prepared by the students and staff.
