Man Sentenced to Probation For Kissing Clerk
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) _ A 79-year old man has been sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation for kissing a 17-year-old store clerk.
Carroll County Circuit Judge Luke K. Burns Jr. also ordered Robert G. Howard, of Manchester, to perform 100 hours of community service when he sentenced him on March 31.
Howard was found guilty of assault and battery for kissing the store clerk against her will while he was paying for a loaf of bread in April 1985.
