Lease for District 5 supervisor’s office before county board
KINGMAN — Mohave County supervisors on Monday will discuss a lease agreement for the District 5 supervisor’s office in Fort Mohave.
The supervisors will consider extending the two-year lease with BSCD LLC. for office space at 4188 Highway 95 in Fort Mohave for District 5 Sup. Ron Gould. The monthly lease would be $1,000 and will expire Feb. 3, 2020.
In other action, the board will look to appoint Tami Ursenbach as economic director for the county at an annual salary of $80,246. The board also will discuss authorizing one month’s salary for moving expenses. She is expected to start Jan. 7.
The board also will discuss appointing supervisors to various boards. District 2 Sup. Hildy Angius is on the Self-Insurance Retention, Employee Benefit Trust and the Arizona Secure Rural Schools Coalition Advisory Council. Gould sits on the Clean Colorado River Sustainability Coalition.
The supervisors will look to reappoint Noreen Thomas to the Mohave County Library Citizens Advisory Board representing District 5, expiring Jan. 4, 2021.
The board of supervisors will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the county administration building at 700 W. Beale St. in Kingman.
