Senators Acquit N.H. Judge
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) _ Chief Justice David Brock was acquitted overwhelmingly Tuesday at his Senate impeachment trial.
Fifteen votes, two-thirds of the 22 participating senators, were needed to convict. The most any of the four articles got was five votes.
Brock, 64, smiled and hugged his tearful wife at the end of the historic trial, the first of its kind in state history.
