Man to be arraigned in New Hampshire break-in
LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) — A man arrested in Massachusetts in connection with an attempted break-in at a New Hampshire home where three young girls were alone has waived extradition.
Ryan Noel was being taken to Londonderry, New Hampshire, on Tuesday afternoon to be arraigned on burglary charges. It isn’t clear if he has a lawyer.
Home surveillance video shows a man trying to open the front door of a Londonderry home this month and force his way in through a sliding glass door. The children, ages 8, 12 and 13, ran to the third floor and called their parents.
Police say the man ran away.
Noel was arrested last week in Lawrence.
