THORNVILLE, Ohio — Two men died this weekend while attending a music festival in Licking County, according to reports.

The Newark Advocate reports Ger Vang, 24, of Hickory, North Carolina, and Mario Symborski, 32, of Pontiac, Michigan, both were pronounced dead after being taken to Licking Memorial Hospital.

Vang died at about 3:20 a.m. Saturday, while Symborski died at about 12:05 a.m. Sunday, 10tv.com reports. Both attended the Lost Lands Music Festival, which drew about 40,000 people.

“Today we send our deepest thoughts and condolences to the loved ones of two male attendees who passed away after being transported to local hospitals this weekend,” festival organizers said in a statement. “While the causes of these tragedies are still unknown, our hearts are with their families and friends at this time.”

Autopsies have been performed on the men and officials are waiting for results, WCMH Channel 4 reports.

Four people were arrested at the festival for drugs-related charges, according to the Advocate.
