Stamford apartment building sells for eight figures
Element One, an apartment building on the edge of downtown Stamford, has sold for $78 million, according to the deal’s broker.
The sale by Norwalk-based Fuller Development and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners to Friedkin Realty Group comes two years to the month after the 183-unit building opened at 111 Morgan St. Covering about 220,000 square feet, Element One represents one of the city’s largest apartment complexes to be built in the past 10 years.
“Element One is an exceptional asset that is truly unique in the market, given the great attention to detail in both design and construction, which is rarely found in rental properties,” Jeffrey Dunne, a member of the team at commercial real estate firm CBRE that brokered the deal, said in a statement.
