American Airlines to fly from Harlingen beginning in March
American Airlines is expanding its service to the Valley by adding Valley International Airport to its schedule.
The airline announced Tuesday beginning March 3 American will fly from Harlingen to DFW. It will offer three daily flights on E-140 aircrafts.
American already flies out of Miller International Airport in McAllen and Brownsville-South Padre Island International Airport.
The company says it is increasing service at DFW, its largest hub, with 15 new regional gates after renovating the Terminal E satellite.
