Omaha man on drugs passes out in Target restroom

NORFOLK - An Omaha man was placed under arrest at Target Wednesday.

According to Norfolk Police Captain Don Miller, Police and Rescue were dispatched to 1510 Market Lane, for an unconscious man in the restroom.

When Police arrived, they found the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Brock Booker awake and talking to Target employees near the exit of the store.

A Norfolk Officer saw a hypodermic syringe that Booker indicated contained cocaine.

Booker was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine.

During a subsequent search, officers found a small container with a white crystalline substance that field tested positive for cocaine.

Booker was transported to Faith Regional Hospital for observation and released on bond.
