SEXUAL HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS
LEXINGTON, Ky._Kentucky’s Republican governor is scheduled to speak to a business group Thursday night, where he could address House Speaker Jeff Hoover’s decision to temporarily step aside amid an investigation of a sexual harassment settlement he signed last year.
