Police blotter: Shoplifting included among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON - The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 18 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Friday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Intoxication or drinking in public places, disorderly conduct, 1:45 a.m. Friday, 1400 block of 4th Avenue.

Destruction of property - misdemeanor, 12:45 a.m. Friday, Buffington Street and Bridge Street.

Battery of a police officer, firefighter or EMS, disorderly conduct, 1:50 a.m. Friday, 900 block of 5th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 12:34 a.m. Friday, 600 block of 10th Street.

Disorderly conduct, 12:30 a.m. Friday, 700 block of 6th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 11:50 p.m. Thursday, 9th Street and 8th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution 9:49 p.m. Thursday, 200 block of Adams Avenue.

Petit larceny, 9 p.m. Wednesday, 400 block of 7th Avenue.

Shoplifting, 3:45 p.m. Thursday, 3100 block of U.S. 60.

Warrant service/execution, 5:07 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of Linden Circle.

Petit larceny, 5:16 p.m. Thursday, 200 block of Washington Avenue.

Forgery/uttering, 8 a.m. Wednesday, 100 block of 5th Avenue.

Battery, strangulation, noon Tuesday, 500 block of Main Street.

Intoxicating substances, prohibited acts, 8 a.m. Thursday, 4400 block of U.S. 60.

Destruction of property - misdemeanor, 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, 2800 block of Collis Avenue.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 2:30 a.m. Thursday, 400 block of Linden Circle.

Malicious or unlawful assault, 2:45 a.m. Thursday, 600 block of John Marshall Drive.

Warrant service/execution, obstructing officer, fugitive from justice, trespassing, 1:51 a.m. Thursday, 400 block of 14th Street.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Kasey Lynn Blevins, 30, was jailed at 12:15 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with receiving or transferring stolen property, second-offense shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance, shoplifting, petit larceny, obstruction and unlawful taking of a vehicle. A $23,500 bond was set.

Lydia Rae Chapman, 24, was jailed at 6:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and burglary. Bond was not set.

Stella Mae Neace, 41, was jailed at 11:24 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County jailed her on two active warrants. Bond was not set.

Richard Stephen Slone, 40, was jailed at 1 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bond was not set.

Savannah Christian Coleman, 28, was jailed at 6:54 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Stephanie Kay Jenkins, 44, was jailed at 12:01 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with possession of an altered pseudoephedrine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of diazepam and possession of meth. Bond was not set.
