W-B Twp. American Legion To Sponsor Golf Tournament

September 6, 2018

It’s happened again! I have been losing my Internet connection at least every other month for one reason or another. I am extremely thankful that my granddaughter, Jessica, is very knowledgeable about computers and is able to bail me out each time. It happened again last Friday night when we lost our power due to an accident on Wilkes-Barre Twp. Boulevard. We were without power for at least an hour and a half until PP&L was able to restore power to all the thousands who were affected by the power outage. After checking out my computer as to why I wasn’t receiving my Internet, Jessica called my Internet provider and was told that it was because of an outage on their part due to the accident Friday night. I, along with how many others, were without our Internet service for the following three days, but why does it always happen when I have to send my column to The Citizens’ Voice?
