Susan Wittenberg Liebeler To Be Nominated To Become A U.S. Circuit Judge
WASHINGTON (AP) _ President Reagan intends to nominate Susan Wittenberg Liebeler to be a U.S. Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit here, the White House announced Monday.
Ms. Liebeler, who has served as vice chairman of the International Trade Commission since 1984, would succeed Shiro Kashiwa, the announcement said.
The nomination is subject to Senate confirmation.
