TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) _ It was a $15 million Christmas for Charles Mosley after his wife handed him her winning lottery ticket and said, ''This is the best I can do this year.''

''I didn't put it under the tree,'' Johnnie Mosley told lottery officials Monday when she and her family turned in the winning ticket in the Sept. 4 Lotto jackpot drawing. ''I kept it hidden and then I walked up and handed it to him and said 'This is the best I can do this year. I love you.'''

Mosley, a salon manager and hair stylist, had kept the $15.7 million ticket in a safety deposit box.

On Christmas morning, the Melbourne woman showed her husband and children the ticket and a collection of newspaper clippings detailing a search for the winner.

The Mosleys will receive $789,000 annually for 20 years.
