Network Equipment Technology, unchanged at 9 1/2

The Fremont, Calif.-based company said it plans to cut a third of its work force and take a $12 million restructuring charge.

Lincoln National, up 1 1/16 to 35 13/16

The Philadelphia-based insurance company said it plans to take an additional $11 million in charges in the fourth quarter to strengthen reserves against pension liabilities.

Corn Products, up 1/2 at 24

The Bedford Park, Ill.-based corn refining company said it expects continued earnings growth this year.


Papa John’s International, down 7/16 to 23 3/8

The Des Moines, Iowa-based pizza delivery company said it was seeking a stay against a court ruling that stopped it from using its advertising slogan - ``Better Ingredients, Better Pizza.″

Robert Mondavi, down 4 1/8 to 36 3/4

Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities downgraded the California winemaker to a ``market perform″ from a ``buy.″

Flextronics International, up 8 1/8 to 54 7/8

The maker of circuit boards and cell phones reported better than expected operating profits in its third quarter ended Dec. 31.
