December 24, 2018
Lowell Sun

It’s Monday, Dec. 24, 2018. Here is some of what Sun staffers and other news providers are working on for lowellsun.com and Tuesday’s edition:

Reporter Amaris Castillo, acastillo@lowellsun.com, has a follow-up

story to the news she broke last week concerning more than $200,000 in

delinquent tax and sewer bills owed to the town of Tyngsboro by one of

the community’s most iconic properties, Stonehedge Inn & Spa.

Reporter Rick Sobey, rsobey@lowellsun.com, has a follow-up story to

last week’s blockbuster story about a Dracut woman and a Nashua man

being charged in connection with a cache of stolen weapons that was

confiscated in Pepperell.

In his first column of the week, Columnist Peter Lucas,

luke1825@aol.com, chimes in on the Clintons, Obamas, and the Trumps

and who’s “cashing in” on the presidency.

The newspaper will also have the latest out of Washington D.C. and

the partial shutdown of the federal government.
