Milford PD: Man violated protective order by having BB gun

September 4, 2018

MILFORD — A West Haven man was charged after police found he was found in possession of a BB gun, which he wasn’t supposed to have, police said.

Sean Senior, 23, of Washington Avenue in West Haven, was charged with weapon in a motor vehicle and violation of a protective order.

Milford police stopped a car for an equipment violation on Old Gate Lane near Woodmont Road on Sunday around 5 p.m. During the stop, police took custody of a passenger in the car, identified as Senior.

“Senior is accused of being in possession of a BB gun, which violates one of the conditions of a full no-contact protective order Senior has against him,” police said.

He was held on a $2,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday. No updated court records were available for him Tuesday.
