Who won Cleveland’s Best Barbecue contest? Watch us surprise winner this afternoon on Facebook Live

CLEVELAND, Ohio – After four weeks of voting it all comes down to today’s surprise announcement as to which of the 20 finalists will ultimately claim bragging rights as winner of Cleveland’s Best Barbecue contest.

The winner will be revealed later today, Tuesday, Aug. 28, in a Facebook Live video during a surprise visit to the top establishment. The surprise visit will happen around the noon hour. Video from the Facebook Live will be added below once it begins.

cleveland.com reporters Brenda Cain and Yadi Rodriquez, as well as celebrity contest host/comedian Mike Polk, will hit the road to honor the winner.

Stay tuned to cleveland.com’s Facebook page, or “like” the page so you get an alert as soon as the broadcast starts.

Voting in the finals, which featured 20 restaurants from across Northeast Ohio, ended this morning at 9 a.m.
