CINCINNATI (AP) _ Cincinnati Bengals running back Corey Dillon partially dislocated his left kneecap Sunday against Pittsburgh and will be limited or possibly sidelined for a couple of weeks.

Dillon had the knee drained Monday and was listed as questionable for a game next Sunday against the New York Giants. Trainer Paul Sparling said the kneecap came out of place slightly and then went back in.

The rookie could either play Sunday or sit out a couple of weeks, depending upon how the knee responds to treatment.

Defensive lineman Brentson Buckner will have surgery Tuesday to repair torn cartilage in his right knee. A magnetic resonance imaging test last week found the tear, but Buckner decided to try to keep playing.

Buckner will be out for a couple of weeks.
