Student Art Exhibit At Sue Hand Imagery, Dallas

A Thanksgiving week tradition on Main Street in Dallas for the past 42 years has been the student art exhibit at Sue Hand’s Imagery. This year, the tradition continues for the 43rd year, now through Nov. 24, when Imagery students of all ages display their art for the public to view. Landscapes, seascapes, still lifes, portraits and figures, animals and floral compositions will be exhibited. Students ages range from 6 to nearly 90. Award winning artist and teacher Sue Hand will be present during the exhibit to welcome visitors and answer questions about the artwork. She invites visitors to watch while she draws and paints on her own current projects. In addition to Hand, Imagery instructors also include Lora Womer, Michael Hiscox, Nicole Jacobs and Alexis Lanza.
