The officer was responding to a noise complaint in the 1200 block of North Galena Avenue around 2:40 a.m. Wednesday, Chief Steve Howell said this morning.

Police also still are looking for 33-year-old Charles C. Price, of Dixon, who they say broke into Wendy’s, 212 Everett Road, on July 22.
