Assault, theft cases among recent Monroeville police investigations

Monroeville police filed the following charges Oct. 16-20 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:Matthew Tepke, 19, of Monroeville with two counts of simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Oct. 20 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

Nicholas Malich, 41, of Monroeville with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and strangulation. Charges were filed Oct. 19 in connection with an incident along the 1300 block of Woodland Drive.

Robert Epps, 75, of Penn Hills with terroristic threats. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

Tenisha Robinson, 30, of Monroeville with simple assault and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 800 block of Hackberry Drive.

Dylan Mogan, 24, of Bethel Park with retail theft, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, disorderly conduct and four counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Oct. 16 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
