ADT Introduces New Integration Capabilities for its eSuite(SM) Account Management Tool
BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ADT Inc. (NYSE:ADT), the leading provider of monitored security and interactive home and business automation solutions in the United States and Canada, today announced that it has expanded the capabilities of its eSuite account management tool to include additional intrusion panels and access control integration.
eSuite is ADT’s alarm data analytics and reporting software package that allows customers to view data, including open/close schedules and reports, details of alarm tests, incidents and alarms, change open/close schedules or request a service call from any secure connection including mobile devices.
With the latest integration capabilities, eSuite is now compatible with select Bosch intrusion panels and delivers automated PIN code changes. End users will now be able to add, delete and update users in these panels, adjust authority levels and add or delete users for multiple sites with a single request – all automatically without the need to contact ADT’s monitoring center.
ADT has also integrated eSuite with DMP’s access control solution using its virtual keypad on certain approved panels. Through these new capabilities, users will be able to add, delete and update access control cards through eSuite for a specific location. In addition, they can adjust access levels for cards, create or modify schedules including holiday schedules directly in eSuite.
