The First of Long Island: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
GLEN HEAD, N.Y. (AP) _ The First of Long Island Corp. (FLIC) on Monday reported second-quarter earnings of $10.7 million.
The bank, based in Glen Head, New York, said it had earnings of 43 cents per share.
The holding company for The First National Bank of Long Island posted revenue of $39.2 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $28 million, beating Street forecasts.
The First of Long Island shares have increased 10% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen nearly 9% in the last 12 months.
