Are you reaching this goal each week? One of my favorite seafood picks is salmon. Whether it is slow-roasted in the oven or grilled over an open flame, it’s tasty and nutritious. Below are some of the many health benefits of salmon.
• Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically EPA and DHA, which have been shown to improve heart health, diabetes, and memory.
• Salmon is high in protein. A 4-ounce serving of salmon provides about 20 grams of protein.
