Pittsburgh wants a second-round draft pick and a “good” player in exchange for Bell, according to Rapoport.
Bell is scheduled to become a free agent in 2019provided he reports before Nov. 13 and accrues a league year. A team interested in acquiring Bell would need to sign him to a new contract in addition to giving up the trade capital the Steelers want.
