Top Workplaces contest deadline extended
Want to be a Top Workplaces winner? It’s not too late to participate.
The Houston Chronicle has extended the nomination deadline for its 10th annual Top Workplaces report until June 21. More than 170 companies in the Houston area have signed up to take the challenge so far.
Top Workplaces are selected by Energage, an independent research company, based on a 24-question survey. Tell us what you love about your company and what makes it a great place to work. The results will be published in a special editorial section in November, and there will be a ceremony for the winners.
To nominate a company, go to www.chron.com/nominate or call 713-429-0375. And tweet a photo of what makes your workplace so awesome to @chronbusiness. Or post it on www.facebook.com/chronbusiness. Anyone, from employees to customers or top executives, can make a nomination.
All organizations with 50 or more employees in the metro Houston area are eligible to participate. Nominees can be public, private, nonprofit or government entities. The surveys will be conducted through July.
Energage conducts Top Workplaces surveys for more than 50 major metro newspapers. The company surveyed 2.6 million employees at more than 7,500 organizations last year.
