BECKLEY, W.Va. (AP) — Two West Virginia men are accused of sexually assaulting a woman at gunpoint in Beckley.

The Register-Herald reports 46-year-old Timothy Darnell Harris Jr. and 50-year-old Michael Brent Ritter were arrested this week on charges including sexual assault and conspiracy. Criminal complaints say the victim told Beckley police she was walking home Saturday night when the two men forced her into a wooded area and assaulted her for hours, telling her that "all women deserve to be raped."

Police reports say she made it home and called 911. Her descriptions enabled officers to arrest the men in a traffic stop. She positively identified them and was then taken to a hospital for a sexual assault evaluation.

Harris and Ritter were held on $100,000 bail; it's unclear if they have lawyers.
