Wayne State volleyball announces recruiting class

Wayne State volleyball coach Scott Kneifl announced yesterday that six high school standouts from Nebraska have signed national letters of intent during the NCAA early signing period and will play volleyball for the Wildcats in 2019-20.

The recruits include Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family’s Taya Beller, Pierce’ Maggie Brahmer, Stanton’s Jessie Brandl, Elkhorn’s Jordan McCormick, and Wahoo’s Kelsie Cada & Elly Larson. Wayne State finished the 2018 season with records of 22-9 overall and 13-7 in the Northern Sun Conference, losing two seniors to graduation.
