Norfolk Police arrest a home invader early Friday morning

NORFOLK - A Tilden man was arrested after invading a Norfolk home early Friday morning.

According to Captain Mike Bauer, Norfolk Police were called to a home in the 300 block of South 12th Street.

The residents woke up to a subject standing in the doorway to their bedroom whom they did not recognize.

Officers arrived at the residence and had contact with the man subject who was standing in the middle of the living room inside the residence.

He was identified as 28-year-old Kody Bromley, 28, and there was no connection between the residents and Bromley.

Bromley was placed under arrest for 1st degree criminal trespass.

He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
