Gronkowski Limited at Practice
By Kevin Duffy
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was added to Thursday’s practice report with an ankle injury.
Gronkowski was a limited participant in the practice.
This is the first time in the 2018 season that Gronkowski has popped up on the injury report.
For the second straight day, defensive end Trey Flowers and safety Patrick Chung missed practice. Both players are dealing with concussions. Their availablity for a Week 3 Sunday night game in Detroit remains in question.
Also limited for the Patriots: Wide receiver Josh Gordon (hamstring), offensive tackle Marcus Cannon (calf), cornerback Keion Crossen (hamstring), cornerback Eric Rowe (groin), and safety Nate Ebner (hip).
Rookie running back Sony Michel (knee) was a full participant for the second consecutive practice.
