Subscription radio company SiriusXM will buy music streaming service Pandora Media for about $3.5 billion in stock, in a deal aimed at expanding Sirius’ service beyond cars and into homes and other mobile areas.

Fewer people have been using Snapchat, raising worries that the photo and video app’s popularity may be as fleeting as the disappearing content sent through its service.
