Redskins-Colts: How to watch and what to watch for

September 16, 2018

The Washington Redskins play their 2018 regular season home opener Sunday with a goal of going 2-0 for the first time since 2011. Here’s everything you need to know to watch.

Opponent: Indianapolis Colts (0-1)

Where: FedEx Field, Landover, Maryland

When: Sunday, Sept. 16, 1:00 p.m.

Television: CBS

Radio: The Team 980

What to watch for:Entering Sunday, Washington leads the NFL in two major categories: rushing yards (182 per game) and total yards allowed (213 per game). Of course, that only counts one contest, the Redskins’ Week 1 win over the Arizona Cardinals ... Andrew Luck, in his first game since missing all of 2017 with a shoulder injury, completed 39-of-53 passes for 319 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in a Week 1 loss to the Bengals ... Indianapolis already has ruled out starting left tackle Anthony Castonzo for Sunday’s game and placed starting right tackle J’Marcus Webb on injured reserve, both of them with hamstring injuries.
