Oct. 3

Police investigated a child abuse and neglect intake alleging sexual assault.

Oct. 15

Angela Black Elk, 25, was arrested on a Sheridan County, Nebraska, warrant.

Jeff Rotherham, 41, of Gering, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant

Police investigated a report of found property, which tested presumptive positive as controlled substances, in the 1400 block of Avenue Z.

Police investigated a report of domestic assault in the 00 block of West Street.

Oct. 16

Stephen Livermont, 67, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of possession of an open container.

Alyssa Ybarra, 24, of Gering, was arrested on a warrant from an outside jurisdiction.

Oct. 17

Brandy Randall, 39, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Police investigated a theft by shoplifting at Dunham’s Sports, 2400 block of South Frontage Road.

Police investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 1200 block of Fourth Avenue.

Oct. 18

Police cited a 16-year-old boy on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Travis Leonard, 36, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Chase Martichewsky, 21, was cited on a charge of theft by taking at Target.

Oct. 19

Isaiah Choffell, 18, of scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of minor in possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of Avenue I.

Police cited two juveniles males, 14 and 15, on charges of fighting by mutual consent.

Police investigated a report of an assault at the Scottsbluff High School. No arrests or citations were noted in the report.

Police investigated a child abuse allegations, involving located narcotics. No arrests were made as of the date of the report.

Scotts Bluff County Court

Oct. 3

Lisa Guerue, 33, was sentenced to five days jail, 18 months license revocation and 24 months probation on charges of driving under the influence.

Robert D. Williams Jr., 30, was fined $550 on a charge of assault by mutual consent.

Christopher Sanchez, 36, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Jerris D. Douville, 34, was sentenced to 30 days jail and fined $250 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and disturbing the peace.

Phillip L. Taylor, 41, was fined $300 on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Jessica Keane, 28, was fined $150 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Stanley Blano Jr., 52, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $550 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
