Brett Maher, K, Dallas: Made both field-goal attempts with a long of 59 yards to help Dallas clinch the NFC East.

Prince Amukamara, CB, Chicago: Had two tackles against San Francisco.

Ameer Abdullah, RB, Minnesota: Two kick returns for 52 yards and recorded one tackle on special teams against his former team.

Randy Gregory, DE, Dallas: Recorded two tackles.

Maliek Collins, DT, Dallas: Had three tackles.

Nate Gerry, LB, Philadelphia: Had two tackles in the Eagles’ victory.

Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots: Rushed 13 times for 39 yards and was Tom Brady’s second most targeted receiver with four catches on five targets for 40 yards.

Lavonte David, LB, Tampa Bay: Had five tackles, including two tackles for loss.

Ndamukong Suh, DT, LA Rams: Recorded five tackles, one for a sack and had two pass breakups.

Harrison Phillips, DT, Buffalo: Had six tackles against New England.

Greg Zuerlein, K, LA Rams: Went 1-for-2 in field goals with a long of 21-yards while making all four extra-point attempts.
