Robbery, malicious assault among HPD incidents

BARBOURSVILLE — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 16 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Sunday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

First-degree robbery and malicious assault, 11 p.m. Saturday, 2400 block of 3rd Avenue.

Driving under the influence less than 0.15, 12:35 a.m. Sunday, 14th Street and 3rd Avenue.

Found property, 9:20 pm. Saturday, 200 block of Buffington Street.

Warrant service/execution, 8:28 p.m. Saturday, 17th Street and 8th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 8:11 p.m. Saturday, 2800 block of Overlook Drive.

Suspended or revoked license for DUI and DUI less than 0.15, 7:59 p.m. Saturday, West 10th Street and Monroe Avenue.

Information report, 6 p.m. Saturday, 600 block of 10th Street.

Trespassing, 6:30 p.m. Saturday, 2600 block of 6th Avenue.

Stolen auto/auto theft, 6:28 p.m. Saturday, 1800 block of Doulton Avenue.

Domestic battery, 8 a.m. Jan. 1, 2800 block of Overlook Drive.

Petit larceny, 6:43 p.m. Saturday, 1200 block of Veterans Memorial Boulevard.

Petit larceny and destruction of property, 10 p.m. Friday, 100 block of Park Avenue.

Information report, 12:40 p.m. Saturday, 2500 block of Washington Boulevard.

Destruction of property, 12:15 p.m. Saturday, 1700 block of 5th Street.

Petit larceny, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, 400 block of 9th Street.

Disorderly conduct, 3:58 a.m. Saturday, 900 block of 4th Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Joshua Issiah Foreman, 24, was jailed at 10 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with wanton endangerment. Bond was $80,000 or 10 percent cash.

Desiree M. Williams, 27, was jailed at 2:50 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with strangulation and domestic battery. Bond was $10,000.

Allen Ray Flemings, 48, was jailed at 1:10 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of methamphetamine precursors. Bond was not set.
