DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE/PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Xavier Elia Perry, 46, was arrested Sept. 29 in the 500 block of Ramar Road. It was reported that he got into a verbal altercation with his girlfriend. Perry reportedly threw something at the wall and pulled off the screen door. When he was taken into custody, a methamphetamine pipe was found in his pocket, police said. Perry was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage — both pertaining to domestic violence as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE, BULLHEAD CITY — Christopher Allen Stout, 37, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 1100 block of Juanita Lane. It was reported he had displaced and damaged items in a residence. Stout was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
SHOPLIFTING/TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — Colleen Ruth Kolodzey, 68, was cited and released Sept. 30 at Walmart. Employees reported that she concealed some items in her purse and failed to pay for them. She had previously been trespassed.
WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Michael Anthony Barra, 23, was arrested Sept. 30 after turning himself in at the police station. He was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for theft and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
TRESPASSING/WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Lyndsay Leanne Wootten, 26, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 2100 block of Del Rey Drive. She was reported to have been inside the residence even though she was not allowed there. Wooten arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing and on a misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — John David West, 62, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 2700 block of Silver Creek Road for a felony warrant for failure to appear. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE/PREVENTING TELEPHONE USE, BULLHEAD CITY — Kyle Nathaniel Loe, 25, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 300 block of River Glen Drive. His girlfriend reported that they got into an argument, during which he took her phone away from her. She told police that she locked herself in the bedroom and that Loe kicked open the door, before she ran to a neighbor’s house for help. Loe was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage — both pertaining to domestic violence — as well as preventing use of a telephone in an emergency. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
FORGERY/POSSESSION OF FORGED INSTRUMENT, MOHAVE VALLEY — Samantha Sue Aguero, 24 of Washington, was arrested Sept. 21 in the 4700 block of Highway 95, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were called to a business after a man and woman purchased food from the restaurant, paid the bill with a counterfeit $100 and left. An employee found them and they returned to the business by the time deputies arrived. The manager said the employee didn’t realize the currency Aguero used to pay the bill was bogus and gave her $88 in change. Deputies said other bills in the woman’s wallet all had the same serial number and what deputies described as “Chinese writing on them in pink near the left side.” They said the bill used at the Mohave Valley business appeared to have the writing removed. Aguero said she had no idea the bills were counterfeit and that she received them from a friend. She was arrested on suspicion of forgery and possession of a forged instrument. She was booked into Mohave County Jail in Kingman. The man with her was released from the scene.
