MEMORIES: Betty Lou Osburn, sister to my dad, passed away Sept. 5, 2014, at age 84. The Huntington resident was mother of two sons - David Osburn of Huntington and the late Jacky Osburn - and grandmother of one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. She was a one-of-a-kind lady with many talents and everyone knew where they stood with her. Memories of my childhood in her presence often flow through my mind.
