According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputies charged an Aiken woman Wednesday with trespassing after notice after she showed up at a family member’s residence on Old Camp Long Road. The victim said the suspect was not welcome at her home without permission.
An Aiken man called police Wednesday claiming his wife had assaulted him during an argument at their Juanita Drive home.
Deputies charged a Barnwell man with disorderly conduct Wednesday after he refused to follow police orders during an investigation on Charleston Highway in Aiken. A deputy also had to deploy a Taser on the suspect after he refused to get into the back of the police car after being arrested.
Two individuals were charged Thursday morning with possession of meth after the moped they were both riding on was searched during a traffic stop on Augusta Road in Warrenville. The second individual was also charged with possession of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
An Augusta man reported Thursday morning someone stole his vehicle he left running in the parking lot of a gas station on Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville.
The owner of an Indian restaurant on Augusta Road in Warrenville called police Wednesday after someone stole their air conditioning unit.
An employee with a store on Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville called police Wednesday claiming a 54-year-old man had stolen multiple items and placed them down his pants at the store earlier in the day.
A 35-year-old Aiken woman reported Tuesday a 44-year-old Georgia man was sending her threatening text messages and harassing her on Richland Avenue in downtown Aiken.
