WIN to meet Thursday

Women in Networking, a committee of the Kankakee County Chamber, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the B. Harley Bradley House, at 701 S. Harrison Ave. in Kankakee. There will be a program, Saving Historic Material, Saving Rare Wood, presented by Gail Wallace, founder and president of Restoration Works Inc.

Riverside adds orthopedic surgeon

Riverside Healthcare recently announced Dr. Joshua Miller, an orthopedic surgeon, is seeing patients at Orthopedic Specialists, at 400 Riverside Drive, Suite 1600 in Bourbonnais.

Miller received his Doctor of Medicine from University of California-San Francisco. He then completed an internship in general surgery, an orthopaedic surgery residency and a research fellowship in orthopedic surgery at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich.

He is board certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. In addition, Miller is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
